These Dr. Martens 8053 shoes take the classic 8053 silhouette and add height with the Quad platform sole. The upper is made from Crazy Horse leather — a natural, oil-finished leather with a worn, distressed appearance. Built with antique brass eyelets, hiker-inspired laces, contrast stitching and a notched welt, they ride on a mid-platform sole measuring approximately 4.8 cm at the platform and 5.1 cm at the heel, finished with yellow welt stitching and Dr. Martens' signature grooving pattern.
With a slimmer, more tapered toe shape, the 8053 fits true to size for both men and women. The leather can be maintained by wiping away dirt with a damp cloth, then applying Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam to keep it supple, strong and smooth — buffing to the desired shine once dry.
