The Birkenstock Highwood is a mid-calf Chelsea boot built around the original BIRKENSTOCK Deep Blue Footbed, an anatomically shaped, removable footbed that supports the heel, both longitudinal arches and the metatarsal bones for a naturally straight, solid stance. The upper is made from especially soft suede that hugs the foot like a second skin, while the microfiber footbed lining sits against the foot.
A high-quality natural rubber outsole with a professionally inspired tread offers excellent traction, and its biomechanically positioned tread elements promote natural movement for maximum comfort on long, active days, extensive walks or city trips. The boot is made in Portugal.
