Apple Watch Series 12 GPS 42mm Light Gold Aluminum Case with Sand Sport Band

The Apple Watch Series 12 pairs a 42mm Light Gold aluminum case with a Sand Sport Band in size S/M, and it connects over Bluetooth while resisting water. It requires an iPhone 11 or later running iOS 27 or later, so it works alongside a modern iPhone rather than on its own.

Health tracking sits at the center of the experience: the heart rate sensor is described as the most accurate in a wearable, based on an Apple-conducted study of heart rate accuracy from July and August 2026. The watch also supports hypertension notifications, Cycle Tracking with cycle deviation notifications inclusive of perimenopause, the Vitals app, and the Blood Oxygen app, each intended for wellness rather than medical use.
