30-Day Free Returns

Changed your mind, or the size isn't right? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and the return shipping is on us.

  1. Email help@chantforge.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item in its original condition with all tags, accessories and packaging, and drop it off with the carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method — usually within 5–7 business days.

Please note: items must be unworn or unused and in original condition. Footwear should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. LEGO sets must be unopened. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
